These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to the FORGE website, waitlist, early-access program, software, and related services.

FORGE is operated by Fahy, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
By accessing or using FORGE, you agree to these terms.

1. About FORGE

FORGE is an AI-native platform focused primarily on helping creators design, build, test, and develop mobile games.

FORGE is currently under development. Features may change, contain errors, or be limited during early access.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or legally able to enter into an agreement in your country, to create an account or use FORGE.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and all activity conducted through your account.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused or these terms have been violated.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to FORGE or access by a specific date.

We may control how and when early access is provided and may change, pause, or discontinue early-access features.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FORGE to:

  • Break any law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other third-party rights
  • Upload content you do not have permission to use
  • Create malware, fraudulent software, or harmful content
  • Attack, disrupt, scrape, copy, or bypass the security of the platform
  • Resell access without our written permission

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Projects and Content

You retain ownership of the game concepts, files, code, assets, prompts, and other content you upload to FORGE.

You give us permission to process, store, copy, and modify this content only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the requested services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use your content.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

FORGE may generate code, game logic, text, designs, assets, recommendations, tests, and other outputs using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or similar to outputs created for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing outputs before publishing or commercially using them.

FORGE does not guarantee that outputs are unique, production-ready, non-infringing, or accepted by any app store or distribution platform.

7. Ownership of FORGE

The FORGE platform, software, branding, interface, systems, templates, documentation, and underlying technology remain owned by or licensed to Fahy.

Using FORGE does not give you ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

8. Payments

Some FORGE features may require payment in the future.

Prices, included usage, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation conditions will be displayed before any purchase.

Except where required by law, payments may be non-refundable.

9. Availability and Liability

FORGE is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, preservation of all project data, commercial success, or acceptance of games by third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fahy will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or damage caused by reliance on generated outputs.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to FORGE during the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy Policy

10. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use FORGE, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your role, studio, or company information
  • Account and login information
  • Waitlist and early-access submissions
  • Messages, feedback, and support requests
  • Prompts, game projects, code, assets, and uploaded files
  • Device, browser, IP address, usage, and error information
  • Payment and subscription records, where applicable

11. How We Use Information

We may use your information to:

  • Operate and provide FORGE
  • Manage the waitlist and early-access program
  • Process prompts, projects, and generated outputs
  • Create and manage accounts
  • Provide support and product updates
  • Improve performance and features
  • Understand how users interact with FORGE
  • Protect the platform against fraud, misuse, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations

We will not use private project content for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice, permission, or another valid legal basis.

12. Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for cloud hosting, artificial-intelligence processing, analytics, authentication, email communication, payment processing, security, and technical support.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Information may be processed in Saudi Arabia or other countries, subject to applicable legal and contractual safeguards.

We may use essential cookies to operate the website and optional cookies to understand usage or measure marketing campaigns.

Where required, optional cookies will only be used after consent.

You may manage cookies through your browser or the website’s cookie settings.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed to provide FORGE, maintain security and business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Waitlist information may be retained until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes.

Deleted account or project data may remain temporarily in secure backups.

Depending on applicable law, you may request to:

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete personal data
  • Withdraw consent
  • Object to certain uses
  • Unsubscribe from marketing communications

16. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data and project information.

However, no online platform can guarantee complete security. You should protect your account credentials and maintain independent backups of important projects.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable legal age. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

18. Third-Party Services

FORGE may integrate with third-party tools, game engines, AI providers, app stores, analytics platforms, or payment services.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Termination

You may stop using FORGE at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, create security or legal risks, fail to make required payments, or misuse the platform.

You should export important project data before closing your account.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes

We may update this document as FORGE develops or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on the FORGE website with an updated effective date.
